Hilton Head Island, S.C., The Hamilton Captive Management team would like to recognize Rebecca Muckelvaney, Director of Regulatory Compliance, for completing her Associates in Captive Insurance Program (“ACI”) through the University of Vermont’s International Center for Captive Insurance Education (“ICCIE”).  ICCIE is the first, and only, Captive Insurance education program in North America to offer this designation in the field.
